During Edible’s Rose Pop-Up Dinner on April 20, 2018, we dined among 2,300 roses at Osuna Nursery. We indulged in a rose-inspired, eight-course menu, presented by Karina (Planty Sweet), Mayaneli Brown (FoodGore), Marjory Sweet (Otter Farms), and Deirdre Lane with wine by Milagro Vineyards. We ate off of custom pottery at every place-setting by the Gathered Potter’s Collaborative: Jen DePaolo, Lauren Karle, and Sarah Newberry. And we were lulled by the music of cellist Lisa Donald.
